 * Be an early applicant, * Fachliche und technische Beratung sowie Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Landschaft
 * Verantwortung für Konzeption, Implementierung und Steuerung von Changes
 * Schwerpunkt auf SAP HCM Payroll Deutschland (PY), optional Zeitwirtschaft (PT)
 * Beratung von HR-Fachbereichen und Key Usern
 * Durchführung von Customizing in PA, OM, PY und optional PT
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Lifecycle
 * Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs sowie 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support
 * Steuerung von Testaktivitäten und Qualitätssicherung
 * Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen HR-IT-Projekten
 * Weiterentwicklung der HR-Systemstrategie mit Fokus auf SuccessFactors
 * Betreuung von SAP- & Non-SAP-Schnittstellen
 * Umsetzung gesetzlicher Anforderungen im Payroll-Umfeld
 * Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern sowie externen Dienstleistern und Implementierungspartnern, * Schlüsselrolle in einer internationalen HR-IT-Landschaft
