## Description

* Installation, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen, Netzwerken, Server- und Telekommunikationstechnik
 * Durchführung von Verkabelungs-, Mess- und Installationsarbeiten an strukturierten Netzwerken, WLAN- und digitalen Infrastrukturen
 * Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Hard- und Software sowie aktiven Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switches, Routern und Access Points
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support vor Ort und per Remote-Zugriff
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT- und elektrotechnischen Projekten
 * Dokumentation von Installationen, Messungen und Systemkonfigurationen
 * Durchführung bzw. Unterstützung bei System- und Sicherheitsupdates sowie Wartungsarbeiten an bestehenden Kundeninstallationen
 * Betreuung und Einweisung von Kunden in neue Systeme und Anlagen
