* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik, Informationstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

## Description

* Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle relevanten Stakeholder sowie transparente Information des Managements über KPIs und Projektergebnisse
 * Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung stabiler Software-Releases sowie Vorantreiben der Modernisierung und Automatisierung der Release-Prozesse - mit Fokus auf Transparenz, Qualität und klarer Kommunikation von der technischen Umsetzung bis zu verständlichen Release Notes
 * Koordination umgebungsübergreifender Software-Releases als Teil des Produkt-Teams
 * Verantwortung für Release-Pläne sowie Moderation von Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen in der agilen Softwareentwicklung im Produktumfeld
 * Konzeption und Realisierung moderner, skalierbarer Release-Prozesse (CI/CD-orientiert) sowie Analyse und Optimierung von Build-, Test- und Deployment-Automatisierungen
 * Bereitstellung zielgruppengerechter, verständlicher und vollständiger Release-Dokumentation, unterstützt durch GenAI
 * Zielgruppengerechte Release-Kommunikation
 * Aufbereitung, Analyse und Visualisierung von Daten sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
