 * Mitwirkung an (kleineren und mittleren) komplexen IT-Projekten und Umsetzung von Changes
 * Erstellung von technischen Spezifikationen, Betriebsdokumentationen und Anleitungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
 * Aufbereitung und Beseitigung von Störungen mit Hilfe von Diagnosesystemen, Systemliteratur und Recherchen im Second-Level
 * Erfahrung mit Switchen und anderen Netzwerkkomponenten sowie Netzwerkarchitekturen
