This role will lead the design, implementation, and operation of modern Identity Governance (IGA) solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow. The role also extends to emerging areas such as non-human identity (NHI) security, AI/agent identities, and automation-first identity workflows., * Lead end-to-end implementation and operation of SailPoint IdentityNow (design, deployment, and optimization). * Develop and support custom workflows, integrations, and automations using APIs, scripting, and event-driven patterns. * Manage identity lifecycle and governance for both human and non-human identities (service accounts, APIs, bots, AI agents). * Configure and maintain integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., AD, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, REST services). * Implement and optimize access certifications, role models, and compliance controls. * Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues and drive root-cause resolution. * Contribute to automation-first IAM strategy, reducing manual operations via scalable engineering solutions. * Partner with cross-functional teams (SRE, infra, app teams) on identity integrations and migrations. * Produce technical documentation and support secure development, testing, and code reviews., Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
