Workday exp, has an understanding of I-9 experience. Expire with E verify, organized, attention to detail not afraid to questions, * I-9 experience - 2 years * HR experience - 1 yr * MS suite SOFT SKILLS: * Attention to detail * Organized, * Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Basic knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in the production of drawings and models. * Basic knowledge of computer software, such as Visual Basic, Java, SQL, etc., * Bachelor's Degree in HR, Computer Science or relevant subject required. * Minimum of 1 year HR experience. * Prefer experience with Lawson software." ## Description * Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities - working of a master spreadsheet with I-9 assigned to them each week, reach out to managers, making sure that everything is correct on the I-9 form. * How much time is being spent in meetings - training will have more meetings and then weekly there will be 1, one hour meeting * Who are they interacting with (internal/external) - Internal stakeholders only * Will the contractor have access to any customer data?
