## About the Role

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, strong forecasting and budgeting skills, and the ability to communicate financial insights to senior leaders., * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field. Open to other Bachelor's depending on work experience.

 * 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, operational finance, project finance, or related experience.
 * Prior people-management experience.
 * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
 * Strong Excel skills.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Experience supporting or presenting to senior leadership., * Aerospace & Defense, Government Contracting, Manufacturing, Program Finance, or Operational Finance experience.
 * Estimate at Completion (EAC) experience.
 * Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge.
 * SAP and/or Power BI familiarity.
 * Exposure to FAR, DFARS, or government contracting environments., * Proven finance leader with direct-report management experience.
 * Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.
 * Comfortable working with executives and influencing decisions.
 * Able to explain the "story behind the numbers."
 * Passionate about developing talent and building high-performing teams.
 * Thrives in a dynamic, operationally focused environment.
