Experience with distributed systems, API design, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native or platform engineering practices is highly valued. * Hands-on Expectations:This is a hands-on engineering role. The Technical Lead is expected to contribute directly to the codebase, lead design and code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and help unblock delivery of critical work. * Collaboration:Strong ability to partner with product managers, architects, engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to balance technical quality, delivery commitments, and business outcomes. * Operational Ownership:Experience defining service-level objectives, supporting production applications, participating in L3 on-call rotations, and driving incident follow-up and reliability improvements. * Communication:Ability to explain complex technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200,000.00- $230,000.00 USD. The Technical Lead will guide engineering teams through solution design and implementation, establish practical engineering standards, and work closely with product, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable platform capabilities.
