The ideal candidate will have deep AEM backend experience and the ability to guide technical teams while remaining hands-on when needed., Architecture, Design & Delivery * Lead the technical architecture, design, and delivery of AEM-based digital experience solutions. * Architect and implement solutions using AEM, AEM Edge Delivery Services, Next.js, Node.js, and JavaScript. * Design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing architectures aligned with business and technical requirements. * Participate in client-facing technical discussions and provide recommendations on platform strategy and implementation approach. Backend Development & Technical Leadership * Provide strong backend development expertise within AEM, including templates, components, workflows, services, Sling Models, OSGi configurations, and integrations. * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architecture standards. * Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to AEM, backend services, frontend delivery, performance, and deployment.
