You have a point of view on what skills and knowledge content marketers need to work with AI as a real production system, not just a shortcut, and you're able to break concepts down and make them accessible to beginners. As a SME for our online course module, you'll have the opportunity to shape our AI for Content Marketing curriculum, ensure we're teaching what matters most, share your expertise with career advancers, and guide them toward achieving their goals., * 5+ years of experience in creating marketing content - writing, video, images, social. * A deep understanding, clear point of view, and relevant experience on best practices for using AI in marketing content workflows. * A genuine passion for learning and helping others grow, with a focus on supporting career advancement and skill-building. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with learners from diverse professional backgrounds. * Strong point of view on what skills and knowledge new people to the field need to succeed, and an ability to break concepts down for learners while explaining the "why." * Able to be genuine and engaging on video. ## Description * Who the course is for: Content Marketer, Copywriter, Social Media Manager/Strategist, Content Strategist, Brand Marketer, or Marketing Generalist who personally produces content, individual contributor through manager level. * Pain point: They're already using AI piecemeal - one tool for writing, another for images - with no system connecting them. Brand voice drifts across tools and contributors, video and visual production is slow or needs skills they don't have, and nobody has taught them how to make it all work together, govern it, or keep it working as tools change. * Value proposition: A working content system built for their own brand: a content HQ and brand voice guide, a real production pipeline for long-form writing and video, and a governed, repeatable practice for proving it worked and keeping it under control as they scale. Not a generic AI tutorial. Module outline (you would be the SME for one of these modules) 1. Context Before Content: Your Content HQ & Voice Guide. Mapping a content opportunity by funnel stage and format, then turning stakeholder interviews into a working brand voice guide - a single project context every later module pulls from. 2. Writing & Long-Form Content at Scale. Voice-first drafting across blog, email, and site copy, brand-voice governance at scale, and the taste-gate edit before anything ships. 3. Visual Direction: Moodboard & Design. Building a moodboard from references and written reactions, then turning that creative direction into one finished static visual piece. 4. Video & Audio Production. Orchestrating multiple AI tools through one connected system to generate, select, and animate consistent keyframe stills into finished video. 5. Systems, Scale & Governance. Turning ad hoc wins into repeatable workflows with human review gates, plus measurement, AEO/GEO, disclosure, and brand safety as ongoing governance., * Create compelling, relevant, industry-aligned courses that give learners what they need to advance in their field * Record authentic, engaging videos illustrating AI Leadership concepts and showing learners how to use technologies and tools related to driving results with AI. * Inspire learners, build confidence in their capabilities, and help them understand how to adopt and integrate AI into their leadership practice. * Optimize learner engagement, learner retention, and learner success Our learners Our learners are driven professionals from diverse fields. Our learning experience designer will come in with a draft outline covering key topics, technologies, and learning objectives. Together you'll revise and refine this to reflect your insights and experience. * Our video and slide production team will make you look amazing. When you record, your videos will probably have pauses while you look at your notes and bobbles where you say "cut that, let me try again." That's what post-production is for! In addition, we have a talented team of slide designers who step in to illustrate key concepts as you talk about them-you don't produce those slides, we do., Own and expand customer relationships across the Western United States for a cloud-based healthcare genomics platform.
