A Junior-to-Mid Level 2 Developer takes a well-defined Jira ticket, writes the code, submits a clean Merge Request, and reliably follows the established Change Request process to get it deployed using existing GitLab pipelines. They function primarily as builders and maintainers rather than system architects., * Git & Merge Requests: Submits functional code via Merge Requests (MRs). Actively participates in code reviews by addressing feedback promptly and reviewing peers' code for basic logic and syntax. * Change Management: Drafts the initial framework for Change Requests (CRs). Gathers the necessary artifacts (test results, implementation steps) and prepares them for senior review and CAB approval. * Agile (Jira/Confluence): Takes ownership of their sprint work in Jira (updating statuses daily). Contributes to Confluence by updating technical documentation, API specs, and team runbooks based on completed work.
