In this role, you will design, develop, test, and enhance ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities that support NIAID's mission. You will analyze functional requirements, translate design specifications into high quality software, develop flow diagrams, implement solutions, perform debugging, and prepare user and program documentation. This position requires strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, solid scripting skills, and the ability to deliver complex software that meets design objectives in a large enterprise environment.
