looking for a hands-on Test Engineer with 2-7 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering., * Advantest 93K ATE - SmarTest 7/8 (SMT8) - Required

 * Digital, PMIC, RF & Mixed Signal testing
 * ATE & Bench characterization
 * First Silicon Bring-up & Debug
 * JTAG / SCAN / ATPG / Functional / MBIST
 * PVT Characterization
 * ADC, DAC, PLL & Analog/Mixed-Signal IP
 * Test Program Development & Production Release
 * Yield Improvement & Test Time Reduction
 * Bench Instrumentation
 * Strong Analog & Digital Electronics knowledge
Education: EE / ECE or related degree
Collaborate with Design, Product, Quality & Foundry Engineering teams from first silicon to volume production
