Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Test Development Engineer - **Company:** DivIHN Integration - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Temporary to permanent - **Skills:** Testing (Software), Java (Programming Language), Test Suite, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Android Studio, Apple IOS, Apple Xcode, Automation of Tests, Bug Tracking Systems, Code Coverage, Software Documentation, Computer Programming, Software Debugging, Firmware, Python (Programming Language), Software Tools, Oop Languages, Ruby, Requirements Traceability, Software Engineering, Software Requirements Analysis, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Git, Information Technology, Software Version Control, Programming Languages - **Published:** September 3, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/7e2a6676-c3aa-472e-8768-445bb21d5e3a ## About the Role * Minimum of 5 years of software development or software test development related experience. * Minimum of 4 years of programming experiences with OOP languages such as JAVA, Python and Ruby. * Proven experience in software testing and related areas of software quality assurance. * Knowledge of source code management, such as Git. * Knowledge of Android and/or iOS devices, including debugging, installation, and configuration. * Knowledge of API based testing for the server communications. * Familiarity with a network debugging tool, such as Charles Proxy. * Excellent oral communication skills for interfacing with peers in internal/external departments. * Strong written skills and ability to follow client software procedures and generate required software documentation. * Software development or test experience in medical device industry is a plus. * Knowledge of xCode and Android Studio/ADB interface is a plus., * Minimum of 5 years of software development or software test development related experience. * Minimum of 4 years of programming experiences with OOP languages such as JAVA, Python and Ruby. * Proven experience in software testing and related areas of software quality assurance Preferred Skills * Knowledge of source code management, such as Git. * Knowledge of Android and/or iOS devices, including debugging, installation, and configuration * Familiarity with a network debugging tool, such as Charles Proxy Education Requirements: B.S computer science or related engineering Required Testing: client product testing Software Skills Required: programming languages such as python, java ## Description * The Sr. Test Development Engineer develops the automation test involves the design, development, building and maintenance of specialized test cases. * The automation test solutions including electrical and mechanical hardware fixtures and validates software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products including firmware, apps, and server platform. * Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans and test protocols and automated test scripts, and performs risk assessments. * Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. * Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. * Consults with software development engineers in resolution of problems. * Responsible to train junior engineers for the tasks required to complete and be a mentor to support engineers' growth.
