## About the Role

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that support key business processes and enhance system capabilities., * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, App Builder, or Administrator.

 * Strong understanding of Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC.
 * Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
 * 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
 * Knowledge of Salesforce data models, standard/custom objects, relationships, and field types.
 * Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Framework, and experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills.

## Description

* Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Triggers.
 * Build scalable integrations with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Translate business requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce implementations and technical solutions.
 * Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce components following platform best practices.
 * Create and maintain system integrations using web services, APIs, and automation tools.
 * Implement and optimize process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce automation features.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation workflows.
 * Participate in the full SDLC - requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, best practices, and platform innovations.
 * Ensure compliance with Salesforce development, security, and governance standards.
 * Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design specifications.
 * Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce administration and core platform functionalities.
