 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

## Description

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Software Quality Engineer (SQE) to support a large-scale enterprise application and integration initiative.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience testing complex enterprise applications, integrations, workflows, APIs, and document management solutions and will help ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

 * Create and execute manual test plans for enterprise applications and integrations.
 * Develop functional and non-functional test cases aligned with QA strategy.
 * Track testing progress and overall system quality.
 * Participate in Sprint Planning, requirements reviews, and test case reviews.
 * Translate requirements into test scenarios and test cases.
 * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
 * Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution.
 * Analyze and report defect root causes, severity, and trends.
 * Manage test cases, test data, and test execution.
 * Evaluate system health through component and feature-level test results.
 * Support manual and automated testing activities.
 * Collaborate with development, business, and project teams.
