Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integrations. Experience integrating Oracle CX with Oracle ERP/Financials, SCM and third-party applications. Strong understanding of customer/account/contact data models and data governance. Experience with Application Composer, Groovy, VBCS and Redwood. Strong understanding of security, roles, data migration and environment management. Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently with distributed/global teams. Willingness and ability to travel anywhere in the U.S. up to two times per month. Preferred Qualifications * Oracle CX certifications. * Experience with Oracle CDM / Customer Data Management. * Experience with Oracle Analytics / Fusion Analytics. * Experience with Oracle AI capabilities, Digital Assistant or CX AI. * Experience in enterprise CRM transformation programs. * Experience working with C-level and senior business stakeholders. Travel Requirement: This is primarily a remote role, but the consultant must be flexible to travel anywhere in the U.S. approximately two times per month when required by the client. Similar current Oracle CX Architect roles emphasize Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, OIC and cross-module architecture, with travel requirements in the 25% range ## Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Architect to lead the architecture, solution design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion CX solutions across enterprise customer-facing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Oracle Sales, Service, CPQ, Subscription, Marketing, Commerce, and Field Service, with deep expertise in Lead-to-Cash processes and integration with Oracle ERP, SCM, and third-party applications.
