The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with a consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field. * 5+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. * Strong experience with ITSM, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Asset Management, and CMDB modules. * Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations using APIs, web services, and third-party platforms. * Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices. * Experience configuring workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and ServiceNow automation capabilities. * Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
