Location & Work Environment: This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with 3 to 4 days per week in the office. Qualified candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to Louisville, KY or Tampa, FL. ## Description The Associate Director, Software Engineering leads software engineering teams responsible for the development, delivery, support, and modernization of enterprise applications, data platforms, and API-based integration solutions. This leader is accountable for ensuring technology investments align with business objectives while maintaining operational excellence, scalability, security, and reliability. The role is responsible for managing engineering resources, technology and application lifecycles, and delivery execution across a portfolio of applications, enterprise data stores, databases, and API services. The Associate Director partners closely with business leaders, product teams, architects, and enterprise stakeholders to define priorities, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver measurable business value. This position owns the technology roadmap for assigned assets, including applications, enterprise databases, data platforms, and APIs.
