## About the Role

* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the industry)
 * 8+ years JavaScript and web application experience
 * Advanced experience with modern UI frameworks: Lit, React, or Vue, Angular
 * Advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
 * Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects with material technical risk across teams and processes
 * Track record serving as functional lead or technical owner
 * Experience designing and architecting modular, reusable component systems
 * Advanced knowledge and experience with relational databases: development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
 * Experience with Java or similar OO language (C++, C#, Go equivalent acceptable)

## Description

We are the PAXE - Experience Builders team at ServiceNow. We are an Engineering unit responsible for Lux admin configuration framework where we enable the building AI Native Platform Experiences.

 * Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across teams
 * Apply advanced knowledge of data structures, algorithms, OO design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
