## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Lean Portfolio Management, or Project Management with proven
 * record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
 * * Experience in Payments and/or Digital Banking is preferred but not required
 * * In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
 * * Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
 * * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and
 * externally
 * * Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
 * * Ability to predict and identify risks/opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
 * * Excellent written & verbal communication
 * * Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
 * * Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus
 * * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly
 * preferred
