* Proficient in .NET 4.0, both C# and VB.NET. Must understand and know how to use Generics and LINQ. Must know how to implement proper Inheritance and Interface patterns.
 * Proficient in ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC.NET 4.0.
 * Proficient using Entity Framework 5.
 * Proficient in Visual Studio 2010 and 2012.
 * Advanced SQL Server 2008 R2 and 2012 query knowledge - CTE's, temp tables, cursors.
 * Advanced knowledge of IIS. Must know how to install the service and configure web applications.
 * Experience using Team Foundation Server 2012.
 * Experience writing unit tests and code that can be unit tested.
 * Basic understanding of proper SQL Server indexing and partitioning strategies.
 * Basic understanding of networked computers and servers.
 * Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
 * Basic understanding of Windows server 2008 and 2012 administration - file and folder permissions, diagnosing issues with services and applications., Comments: Has excellent communication skills
