## About the Role

* 10 Years of Strong Selenium, Java, and Junit experience. The candidate should run the automation projects on their own without any support.
 * Automation experience with Test Complete and Concordian is must.
 * Ability to work with different global teams and deliver efficiently.
 * Understand the different testing methodologies, techniques and ability to apply the same on the day to day tasks.
 * Candidate should be proficient in QC reporting, test management and reporting, email communication.
 * Experience and knowledge on working on different phases of the SDLC.
 * Ability to set up new process and understanding on the latest technologies /developments.
 * Should have lead a sizeable team
 * Hands on experience in ALM.
 * Strong knowledge on Banking and financial domain.
 * Excellent communication.
