Masters: Computer Engineering ## Description The Drone Delivery team is seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Manager, Automation Engineering- Drone Delivery Operations to lead the standardization and scaling of operational practices across our autonomous drone delivery network. This role complements partner-specific managers by owning cross-partner processes, tooling, and performance frameworks that ensure consistent execution, compliance, and customer experience across all service providers. You will work closely with store operations, product, program, and partner teams to design and implement operational systems that support expansion, improve reliability, and drive continuous improvement. This role is central to enabling scalable, high-performing drone delivery through strategic process design and cross-functional collaboration. This position is based at our main corporate campus in Bentonville, Arkansas, and we have an excellent relocation package to help you get here!
