## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Programmierung mit SAP ABAP und ABAP OO im SAP HCM Modulumfeld sowie Projekterfahrung im SAP HCM Entwicklungsumfeld
 * Kenntnisse im Floorplan Manager (FPM), Business Workflow oder WebDypro; Know-how in SAP UI5, Fiori und O-Datawünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung

 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

## Description

* Technisch Beratung von Kunden hinsichtlich Entwicklung und Optimierung von SAP HCM-Applikationen
 * Erstellung von technischen Fachkonzepten für die gemeinsame Realisierung von Kundenprojekten mit dem SAP HCM Consultant-Team
 * Selbständige Entwicklung von komplexen Reports, Dialogen, Schnittstellen und Formularen für verschiedene Kunden inkl. Qualitätssicherung und technischer Dokumentation
 * Weiterentwicklung von SAP HCM-Anwendungen auf Basis von SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, WebDynpro, Erweiterungs- und Schnittstellentechnologien bzw. SAP UI5 / SAP Fiori
 * Durchführung von kundenspezifischen Anforderungsanalysen mit SAP HCM Usern und Key Usern, Integrations- und Systemtests sowie Beratung, Implementierung und Support von SAP HCM ESS/MSS Anwendungen
 * Unterstützung im 3rd Level SAP HCM Support sowie Ansprechpartner für Bestandskunden bei technischen Fragen
 * Übernahme von technischer Teil- oder Projektleitung im SAP HCM Kontext möglich
