 * Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-Teams.
 * Erfahrung im Management von externen SAP-Dienstleistern und Implementierungspartnern.
 * Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Management- und C-Level.
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
 * Fähigkeit, strategische Themen mit operativer Umsetzung zu verbinden.
 * Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Transformation unserer SAP-Landschaft von SAP ECC zu SAP S/4HANA Cloud über verschiedene Gesellschaften hinweg.
 * Du entwickelst unsere SAP-Organisation strategisch weiter und unterstützt die Einführung neuer Business-Funktionalitäten, die Expansion in neue Märkte sowie Produktinnovationen.
 * Du baust ein leistungsstarkes SAP Competence Centre auf und führst das Team sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
 * Du verantwortest das gesamte SAP-Ökosystem und die relevanten Schnittstellen, unter anderem zu:
 + SAP FI
 + Anlagenbuchhaltung (AA)
 + Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung (AP/AR)
 + SAP CO
 + SAP SD
 + Inhouse Banking
 + SAP DRC
 + SAP RE-FX
 * Du gestaltest, optimierst und automatisierst Geschäftsprozesse auf Basis von SAP S/4HANA.
 * Du stellst eine ausgewogene Verbindung zwischen dem laufenden SAP-Betrieb und der strategischen Transformation sicher.
 * Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, IT, externen SAP-Partnern und dem Management zusammen.
 * Du übersetzt Business-Anforderungen in nachhaltige SAP-Lösungen und stellst eine zukunftsfähige SAP-Architektur sicher.
 * Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Transformations- und Implementierungsprojekte.
