* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Be an early applicant, * Betrieb, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Windows-Server- und Virtualisierungslandschaft (Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure / M365)
 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Active-Directory-Domain (On-Premise & Azure AD / Entra ID) inkl. Benutzer-, Gruppen- und Rechteverwaltung sowie Group Policies
 * Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung hybrider IT-Infrastrukturen (On-Premise & Cloud) mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft Azure
 * Überwachung der System- und Netzwerkumgebung inkl. Fehleranalyse, Troubleshooting und nachhaltiger Problembehebung
 * Pflege, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Backup- und Restore-Strategie, insbesondere mit Veeam
 * Unterstützung der Anwender bei IT-relevanten Anfragen (2nd/3rd Level Support)
 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Prozessen und Änderungen
 * Aktive Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten sowie bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft
