## About the Role

 * Administration, Installation, Konfiguration, Überwachung und Wartung der unternehmensspezifischen IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Systemsoftware, Applikationen)
 * Automatisierte Installation, Administration und Konfiguration von Windows-Clients und mobilen Endgeräten mittels Softwareverteilung
 * Erster Ansprechpartner am Standort bei Anwenderfragen und -problemen (im Rahmen des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports)
 * Übernahme und eigenständige Abwicklung von Themen mit externen Dienstleistern einschließlich Auftragsklärung, Auftragsvergabe und Auftragssteuerung
 * Planung und Implementierung von Projekten im Bereich der Cyber-Security
 * Erstellung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation
