 * Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemintegration und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
 * Kenntnisse bzw. erste Berührungspunkte mit der Installation und Administration von Storage und Server Systemen von Vorteil
 * Selbstständigkeit und Kundenorientierung
 * sicheres Auftreten und Teamfähigkeit, sowie Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
 * Vertriebsaffinität und erste Erfahrungen im PreSales / IT-Consulting / Cross-Selling
 * hervorragendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
 * gültiger Führerschein Klasse B

 * Bearbeitung von Supportfällen im 2nd Level Support
 * routinemäßige Wartung und Pflege bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen, sowie Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern
 * Vertriebsunterstützung in technischen Fragen im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Virtualisierung und Microsoft-Lösungen
 * Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenumgebungen
