 * Analyse, Neugestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen sowie deren technische Umsetzung im SAP-Umfeld
 * Steuerung, Durchführung und Qualitätssicherung von Customizing- und Implementierungsprozessen
 * Interne Beratung von Fachbereichen, Abteilungs- und Projektleitern sowie Unterstützung und Schulung von SAP-Anwendern
 * Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs, der Arbeitsqualität und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung verantworteter SAP-Applikationen
