 * Übernahme ausgewählter Aufgaben im erweiterten Supportumfeld, z. B. in den Bereichen Server, Netzwerk und IT-Sicherheit
 * Annahme, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Supportanfragen in einem Ticketsystem
 * Pflege von Benutzer- und Systemdaten sowie Verwaltung von Zugriffs- und Berechtigungsstrukturen
