 * Leading the digital acceleration strategy for Personal Care
 * Championing merchants and suppliers' digital accountability
 * Having strong cross-functional influence as you will work with several key partners across merchandising, site merchandising, marketing, marketplace, and WMC
 * Leading Personal Care's brand launches and master brand strategy
 * Owning recurring digital workstreams and execution of fundamentals
 * Guiding event and campaign strategy
 * Driving reporting strategy and structure
 * Setting channel strategy and safeguards the core assortment to protect the weekly trip
 * Knowing your category: You'll know your customers and supplier better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business
