If you are an experienced and collaborative legal leader to lead strategic management and oversight of our enterprise privacy legal team, which supports a broad and dynamic portfolio, this role is for you. You will manage a team of skilled attorneys - including counsel, senior counsel, and lead counsel positions - who advise on enterprise-wide privacy matters spanning U.S. state privacy laws, international regulations, GenAI, biometrics, e-commerce marketplaces, Walmart subsidiaries, financial services, marketing and subscription services, and digital services. This is a leadership position for a seasoned attorney who brings strong general privacy law experience, a passion for developing legal talent, and the ability to deliver practical, solutions-oriented advice across a complex, fast-paced organization. Subject matter expertise in every portfolio area is not required; instead, you will serve as a leader who can effectively guide and empower your team, manage risk, and provide strategic direction to support business goals.
