## About the Role

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in information systems related with 2-3 years of work experience in Data Analysis. Position requires experience in ETL processes & tools; Platforms such as Snowflake, OneLake, AWS S3 & Segment; Python & SQL languages; Databricks platform; ability to support marketing & servicing campaigns; ability to identify & explain root cause analysis & identify the right data solution to support decision-making.

## Description

Work with data pipelines and ETL processes - Gather data from multiple sources including Snowflake, OneLake, and AWS S3. Segmented, transformed, and loaded data into properly formatted target files and destinations, with an understanding of different architecture-specific requirements and nuances.

 * Apply strong coding and analytical skills - Use Python and SQL within the Databricks platform to extract, manipulate, and analyze data. Maintain a curious and detail-oriented mindset when performing analysis and identifying root causes.

 * Take initiative to automate manual processes - Proactively identified opportunities to streamline recurring data updates, reporting, and sanity checks by creating automation scripts in Databricks, reducing manual work and improving long-term efficiency.

 * Understand the business domain - Collaborated with various business, technical, and cross-functional teams across the company to support many marketing and servicing campaigns. Ensured the work aligned with campaign intent and met business expectations.

 * Present insights and recommend solutions - Compiled and presented data findings to stakeholders, using storytelling techniques to communicate insights, explain root causes, and suggest informed solutions
