Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
 * Knowledge of calibration processes.
 * Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
 * Quality auditing experience.
 * Strong skills in root cause analysis and CAPA.
 * Comfortable with inspecting parts in a hands-on capacity., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Quality Inspector to lead and supervise quality operations within a precision machining environment., * Support quality systems and ensure they are effectively implemented.

 * Lead and manage inspection personnel to maintain high standards.
 * Maintain and improve quality procedures to align with industry standards.
 * Support and participate in audits to ensure compliance.
 * Directly engage in inspection activities to uphold quality standards.
 * Assist production in maintaining throughput while ensuring customer quality is protected.
 * Remain actively engaged with manufacturing operations and provide inspection coverage as needed.
