## About the Role

* Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification (or ability to obtain)
 * Experience supporting Epic applications, preferably in PB or revenue cycle
 * Knowledge of healthcare billing workflows (claims, payments, adjustments, denials)
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
 * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and project coordination

## Description

* Design, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB system components (e.g., charge router rules, workqueues, fee schedules, contracts, and master files)
 * Configure and optimize workflows to support billing operations and regulatory requirements
 * Document build and maintain configuration standards for traceability and quality assurance

Testing & Implementation

 * Develop and execute unit, integrated, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
 * Support environment migrations and validate build during releases and upgrades
 * Participate in go-lives and post-implementation stabilization activities

Operational Support

 * Troubleshoot system issues, analyze root cause, and implement solutions
 * Manage ServiceNow incidents and requests related to PB workflows
 * Provide end-user support and resolve workflow inefficiencies.

Revenue Cycle Optimization

 * Support claims processing, edits, and resolution workflows
 * Assist with denial management and workqueue optimization
 * Identify opportunities to improve automation, throughput, and reimbursement outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Partner with Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle Operations, and clinical teams
 * Work with analysts, leadership, and third-party vendors to implement solutions
 * Participate in governance, prioritization, and roadmap discussions

Reporting & Data Support

 * Support reporting tools (e.g., Clarity, Caboodle, SlicerDicer) for billing analytics
 * Assist in developing and validating reports for operational and financial metrics
