The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, operational leadership, project management capabilities, and a commitment to customer service excellence., * Minimum of four (4) years of relevant professional experience in retail technology, information systems, business applications, or a related field. * An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. * Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable., * Ethernet networking technologies * Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems * Microsoft 365 applications * Microsoft SQL databases * VMware virtualization platforms Preferred qualifications include experience with: * Point-of-sale (POS) applications and administration * E-commerce and transaction processing systems * Visual Basic scripting * Internet-based technologies and services * Three-tier client-server architecture and system maintenance * Mobile and wireless technology solutions * Cloud-hosted applications and services * Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance and security best practices ## Description Under the direction of the Director or Associate Director of Information Technology, this position oversees the administration, integration, coordination, and secure configuration of retail technology solutions that support a diverse range of enterprise business and information systems. Responsibilities include managing customer-facing and institution-connected technologies such as point-of-sale (POS) platforms, e-commerce applications, payment card compliance initiatives, identification card systems, reservation platforms, and related technologies.
