Prepare VPs for critical customer meetings and speaking engagements. Collaborate cross-functionally with our partners. * Drive the end-to-end budget lifecycle for the organization, including annual planning, performance reporting, and spend optimization. Serve as a liaison to Finance partners, tracking commitments and delivering actionable insights to leadership. * Own the integrity of the organization's headcount data. Track hiring progress, attrition, transfers, and open headcount.
