## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, strong production support experience, and a proven track record supporting complex financial processes in large enterprise or public-sector environments., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent experience.

 * 7+ years of SAP FICO experience.
 * 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA production support experience.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in: GL, AP, AR, AM, CO, FM, CM, GM
 * Experience troubleshooting and resolving production support incidents.
 * Strong understanding of finance and accounting business processes.
 * Experience supporting SAP upgrades, enhancements, and releases.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Experience supporting SAP in a government or public-sector environment.
 * Experience working within large, complex enterprise SAP ecosystems.
 * Knowledge of SAP integrations and interface troubleshooting.
 * SAP S/4HANA Finance certification preferred.
 * Experience creating end-user training materials and conducting workshops.

## Description

* Provide functional production support for SAP S/4HANA Finance applications.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis and incident management.
 * Support and optimize business processes across:
 * General Ledger (GL)
 * Accounts Payable (AP)
 * Accounts Receivable (AR)
 * Asset Management (AM)
 * Controlling (CO)
 * Funds Management (FM)
 * Cash Management (CM)
 * Grants Management (GM)
 * Collaborate with SAP technical teams, Basis administrators, developers, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues.
 * Support system enhancements, upgrades, interfaces, testing activities, and production releases.
 * Analyze business requirements and recommend process improvements within SAP.
 * Create and maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
 * Provide end-user support, issue resolution, and user training.
 * Conduct knowledge-transfer sessions and assist with user adoption efforts.
 * Follow County change management, security, and production support procedures.
