## About the Role

* Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
 * Strong experience in CIAM, IAM, Authentication, Authorization, Digital Identity, or Digital Fraud.
 * Experience with Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Agile/Scrum, and JIRA.
 * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

## Description

* Gather and document business and technical requirements for CIAM and Digital Fraud services.
 * Define and support CIAM product roadmaps and target-state capabilities.
 * Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Manage and prioritize product backlogs using JIRA.
 * Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Development, Testing, and business teams.
 * Identify risks, dependencies, and requirement gaps and support end-to-end delivery.

Required CIAM Domain Expertise

 * Authentication: MFA, FIDO2/Passkeys, SMS OTP, Push Notifications, TOTP, Authentication Assurance Levels.
 * Customer Identity: Profile Management, User 360, Identity Integration, SSO, Privacy and Consent Management.
 * Authorization: Centralized Entitlements, RBAC, PBAC, ABAC, and ReBAC.
 * Digital Fraud: Fraud controls, Behavioral Analytics, Behavioral Biometrics, Bot Detection, IP Reputation, Device Risk, and Compromised Credentials.
