This information supports the manufacturing of products for leading OEM customers such as Caterpillar and Deere, as well as products manufactured under our own brands. You will work closely with Engineering and other departments to create and maintain shop routings and bills of materials (BOMs) for new products. You will also manage product revisions and ensure changes are accurately documented and communicated to the appropriate teams. The second major focus of the position is product costing. You will review engineering drawings and specifications to determine the manufacturing processes required to produce a product. Working closely with our Tooling and Operations teams, you will identify and capture all applicable costs within our costing system. The resulting information supports both accurate product costing and the development of shop routings and bills of materials. This is a key position that connects Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate information is available to successfully manufacture our products. Responsibilities The following responsibilities are representative of the position and are not intended to be all-inclusive. Management may assign additional duties and responsibilities as business needs require. * Create, maintain, and release bills of materials and shop routings within SAP. * Ensure accurate engineering and manufacturing information is available to support Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, and other departments. * Gather and organize documentation required to support new and revised projects, including customer drawings, 3D models, quotes, and purchase orders. * Process internal and external product revisions and communicate revision details to the appropriate teams. * Prepare quotes for new and revised OEM products serving the agriculture, construction, industrial, and military markets.
