## Description

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Lead Software Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to lead end-to-end development and stability engineering for mission critical trading applications. Architect and implement scalable, high-performance .NET solutions, including RESTful APIs and real-time data processing engines. Design and optimize complex SQL workloads, stored procedures, and user-defined functions for seamless integration with .NET backend services. Apply advanced design patterns, best practices, and code review processes to ensure maintainability and reliability. Manage high volume data pipelines, ensuring robust data movement and operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams including traders, quantitative analysts, and global engineering groups to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Lead modernization initiatives, migrating legacy systems to .NET Core and distributed platforms reducing operational risk and enhancing system
performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues including deadlocks, latency, and distributed application failures.
