Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). * Experience with Git and modern software development practices. * Familiarity with I2C, SPI, PCIe, GPIB, or other communication protocols. * Exposure to calibration, characterization, or diagnostic software. * Experience using MATLAB, Python, or advanced Excel. * Understanding of statistical analysis techniques including Cp/Cpk and process capability. ## Description Our Memory Test division develops world-class semiconductor memory test solutions and is seeking a Calibration and Diagnostics Engineer to join our engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge Automated Test Equipment (ATE), developing calibration, characterization, and diagnostic software for advanced instrumentation and system technologies. * Develop, maintain, and enhance calibration, characterization, and diagnostic software solutions for ATE platforms. * Design and implement software libraries and applications in C++ supporting precision instrumentation and measurement systems. * Work closely with hardware engineers to validate new designs and develop calibration methodologies. * Analyze measurement data to characterize system performance and identify improvement opportunities. * Support new product introduction activities and transition engineering releases into manufacturing. * Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues discovered during development, manufacturing, or customer deployment. * Develop automation tools, validation frameworks, and test infrastructure. * Participate in technical reviews, code reviews, and root-cause investigations. * Document algorithms, software designs, and validation results., We seek individuals who share our passion and determination.
