## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience as an Application Administrator, System Administrator, or in a related technical role.
 * Experience supporting mission-critical enterprise applications, especially engineering tools.
 * Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting both Windows and Linux Servers.
 * Good working knowledge of core AWS services and deploying applications in AWS.
 * Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.

## Description

* Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain application software across Windows and Linux server environments.
 * Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex production problems in a timely manner.
 * Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), application maps, and configuration guides.
 * Manage user access, security permissions, and application-specific settings.
 * Participate in discussions related to hardware/storage cluster changes and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
