Preferred Skills: · WorkForce Software certifications. · Experience with Agile/Scrum project methodologies. · Exposure to labor regulations like FLSA, FMLA, and GDPR. · Experience with cloud-based HR ecosystems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). ## Description Next Generation, Inc., an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled WorkForce Software (WFS) Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of time, attendance, and labor scheduling solutions using the WorkForce Software platform, for a hybrid role.
