Implementation, Validation, & Debug Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including: developing comprehensive test strategies, executing validation plan, reporting detailed results, debugging the defects, and continuously improving test coverage, automation, and debug methodologies. End-to-End Lifecycle Support Provide full technical ownership throughout the product lifecycle-from advising on customer requirements and pre-sales architecture, to addressing manufacturing firmware issues, and resolving field-reported design escalations. Knowledge Leadership & Team Development growing through structured technical training sessions, internal presentations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge-base documentation to drive continuous organizational learning.
