Preferred Qualifications + Azure and Windows Server certifications and other relevant industry certifications. + Security-related certifications (e.g., Security+, GSEC, or similar). + Experience supporting a nationwide mid-sized Federal agency enterprise. ## Description Provide Tier 3 technical support for Microsoft systems. Build, implement, and troubleshoot information systems within the Microsoft technology stack, including Microsoft Azure cloud technologies. Monitor and respond to system problems, provide technical support on existing and emerging technologies, and plan and execute technology projects, tasks, and initiatives. Research and report on new technologies and their potential value to the organization. Requires on-site support 5 days per week and occasional after-hours outage support.
