Define and manage a secure, compliant ALM strategy including version control, sandbox strategy, branching/merging, and release governance. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines appropriate for controlled defense environments using SFDX, Metadata API, Git-based workflows, and approved DevOps tools. Oversee all Salesforce environments (DEV, QA, UAT, staging, production), enforcing principles of least privilege, separation of duties, and strict governance. Manage release calendars, change-freeze periods, communications, deployment checklists, and documentation required in a federal change-control process (e.g., CAB approvals, audit logs). Execute deployments using packages, metadata deployments, and automated pipelines; ensure all testing, security scanning, and regression steps are completed. Maintain configuration control: capture any production-level changes (hotfixes) and ensure they are incorporated back into version control for audit completeness. Partner with Architects, Developers, QA, Cybersecurity, and Government Product Owners to ensure secure, timely, and reliable releases. Provide release documentation, change records, rollback plans, and audit-ready artifacts aligned with federal program requirements.
