## Description

* Provide day-to-day end-user technical support (in-person, phone, and remote)
 * Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications, including user accounts, email, and access issues
 * Assist with basic systems and operational support to ensure smooth IT functionality
 * Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
 * Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT assets
 * Support overall daily IT service coverage and team initiatives
