Additional duties include performing Microsoft Windows client/server administration, maintenance, patching, and configuring systems in compliance with DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Individual must be able to work independently and work within a team. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Windows desktop operating systems (WIN10 SHB) * Experience with Cisco switching/troubleshooting connectivity issues * Experience digesting and implementing DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) * Experience with patching Microsoft servers and workstations * Experience with VMware * Experience with network and performance monitoring tools (SolarWinds, etc.) * Strong technical troubleshooting skills * Ability to read and digest technical information * Strong attention to detail * Strong customer focus, the ability to manage customer needs and multiple work priorities * Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, * Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or related discipline.
